Core competencies
Based on my extensive surgical expertise, I am now a renowned surgeon in the fields of visceral surgery and thoracic surgery.
Following a comprehensive university education, including transplant surgery, and many years of research in the field of minimally invasive surgery, I worked as the head of the surgical clinic at the Limmattalspital for 12 years, a major hospital in the canton of Zurich.
Under my management, the clinic became a centre for minimally invasive surgery, renowned beyond the region. In particular, within my primary areas of specialisation, visceral and thoracic surgery, I have gained a reputation among my patients and the referring physicians as a physician and surgeon who is technically very experienced, however, also firmly committed and attentive to the patients’ concerns.
